What hours can we access the venue for a 12 hour rental?
Friday - Sunday: You may arrive at 11 am. Last call for the bar will be at 9:30pm. Music will stop at 10. From 10-11pm everything must be removed from the premises and the trash taken out.
Monday - Thursday: You may arrive at 10 am. Last call for the bar will be at 8:30pm. Music will stop at 9. From 9-10pm everything must be removed from the premises and the trash taken out.
What is the maximum capacity?
TBD but it is likely that you can host up to 275 people at The Elysium.
Do you have tables and chairs? Are they included in the rental price?
Yes! We have 600 gold chairs and 40 round tables (60" diameter) that are included in your regular rental price. If you choose the Deluxe Package, you have access to an additional 10 wooden tables (82"x40").
Are the clients responsible for the setting up and tearing down of the tables and chairs?
No, we will handle all of that for you and take one less thing off your plate! Tables and chairs will be set up for you according to your preference, and you do not have to worry about putting them up at the end of your event.
What is your alcohol policy?
All alcohol must be served by an ABC licensed bartender. Wine and beer is acceptable. Hard liquor may only be served as a welcome drink or during cocktail hour. No shots at anytime. All alcohol must be preordered - nothing may be brought in during or after the ceremony. Alcohol use by the bridal party previous to the ceremony must also be pre-approved.
Is The Elysium Event Center just for weddings?
Not at all! We welcome all kinds of parties, teas, showers, photo-shoot sessions, corporate events etc.
What is included in the pool party?
You get the entire pool area to host your pool party! This includes the pool, hot tub, outdoor range, fire pit, table and chairs, lounge chairs/couch, some floaties, and a speaker system for music.
Do you require wedding insurance?
Yes! We want your special day to be covered should the unthinkable happen. This can be purchased through your own insurance company or through several online options.
Do you require a day of coordinator?
Yes, however, the coordinator does not have to be licensed. The Elysium team simply wants your event to run smoothly and to have a contact person so that you are not being bothered on your big day!
Can clients set up before the rental day or store things to be picked up after the rental day?
Unfortunately, no. Since all clients have exclusive access to the venue on their day, we cannot allow others to set-up or store outside of their time frame.
Do you have a damage deposit?
Yes, this is a separate fee from your rental price and is fully refundable according to your contract provisions.
Do you require us to use certain vendors to host an event at your venue?
Nope. We just require that all vendors have proof of insurance and adhere to our policies and procedures.
What decor items are prohibited?
We do not allow the use of any flammable liquids (sternos are fine), confetti, glitter, silly string, rice, or fake snow. Faux petals may not be used outside and no real petals used inside.
Will there be a final walk-through, and can we use the venue for a rehearsal?
Absolutely! We typically do final walk-throughs about two weeks before your wedding. You will have a one hour time slot for your ceremony rehearsal. This typically takes place the day before your wedding, but is subject to availability.
When does The Elysium need my final guest count?
The final guest count and layout design for your tables and chairs will be needed two weeks prior to your wedding - typically at the final walk through.
What is the difference between the Elysium Package and the Elysium Deluxe Package?
The Elysium Package includes:

12 hour access to the venue
House Access for the bridal party and necessary vendors

Ceremony back drops to choose from
Parking for 50 vehicles
The Elysium Deluxe Package includes everything in the Elysium Package plus:
10 wooden banquet tables (82"x40")
